As a non-profit organization, Zanshin Dojo is dedicated to providing all members of the community with access to high quality instruction in various martial arts styles. The traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts program at Zanshin serves as a foundation for teaching movements that promote good health and longevity as well as self-defense skills and applications if requested. The Internal Arts or Wudang Arts are those skills that have long been taught and emphasized in Daoist Temples of China where health, fitness and longevity are the objectives and proficiency in self-defense, and unique exercise movements are the tools. Tai Chi plus Qigong Breathing Exercises, Baguazhang and Tai Yi are the mainstays of the Zanshin Chinese Martial Arts Program.
