MEDIUM to High Impact Training


Instruction is geared toward someone who wants to all out learn martial arts as well as improve their health and mobility.  We always begin all training programs with learning breathing exercises or Qigong movements. Exercises, drills and skills are an integral part of the students class routine.  The level of difficulty is determined by the students capability and by request. Sessions would likely include a strenuous workout via various drills rather than the typical warm-up exercises. Students may choose their emphasis which may or may not include self defense training.
